Isabelle Collet – Life & Professional Coach

As a Coach (ICF certification), I help you to understand, to gain perspective, to structure, to simplify, to find your own solutions.

Based on a certification in parental and professional burn-out (UCLouvain), I help you to understand the causes of your exhaustion and what brings you energy, then to evolve on these points. I support you in the prevention of burn-out and in the return to work, so that you do not fall back into the traps of the past.

At the same time, my experience in companies allows me to address many issues related to professional life: work-life balance, stress management, disconnection, search for meaning or motivation, ability to say 'no', relational difficulties, management of sensitive situations, communication, team management, professional reorientation...

Finally, I also accompany people through life transitions with a specific interest in the transition to retirement.

My practice is based on structured methods, certifications and various training courses in personal development. I have a wide range of tools at my disposal, but I focus first on understanding your situation and then selecting the right tool to help you move forward.

Listening, dialogue and co-construction are the foundations of my approach. A respectful, warm and energetic presence helps me to support positive change.

After graduating in Management (2002 - UCLouvain), I started my career in the world of finance, then continued in business as a consultant in human resources management, project management and change management. Today, I work as a coach, while continuing to manage projects in organisations of all sizes.

Although I have a good knowledge of English, I prefer to work in French.

Astrid de Bellefroid - Physiotherapy

After graduating from UCL in 2009, I first worked for a few years in a medical home. For family reasons, I then moved to Berlin where I practiced general physiotherapy in a multidisciplinary practice. This was a very rich experience, both on a personal and professional level, which opened me up to other techniques and allowed me to learn German.

Back in Belgium, I specialised in urogynaecology and pre- and post-natal physiotherapy. As a mother of three little girls, I am convinced that support during pregnancy and serious follow-up in the post-partum period are essential to live serenely through this change.

I also continue to practice general physiotherapy (back and joint problems, tendonitis,...) and respiratory therapy (children and adults). I work in collaboration with doctors and osteopaths in order to best meet the needs of patients.
