Medical secretary
Our telesecretary will answer on the phone from 8 to 12 AM and from 1 to 6 PM every day, except for Friday until 5 PM.
We ask you gently to call in the morning between 8 and 12 AM for all medical and administrative questions.
-To join Dr De Smedt please call between 2 and 3 PM from Monday trough Thursday.
-For Dr Dubus and Hanssens please call the number 02/731.40.73 and leave a message to our secretary; the doctors will receive an email and they will call you back as soon as possible.
All the doctors can be joined by phone directly in case of emergency.
Cancelation
If you want to cancel your appointment, it is imperative to inform the secretary as soon as possible, the day before the appointment.
This allows us to offer the place to another person waiting and to avoid you having to pay a fee.
